Warranty & Terms
WARRANTY:
• Most installed parts only come with a 14-day guarantee.
• All purchases of devices and systems come with a 14 day warranty (warranty coverage terms listed below).
• A 30-day warranty on the majority of computer and gaming components that have been installed.
• The following are not covered by the warranty: DOA, physical damage, liquid damage, heat or cold damage, products that have been opened by a third party after
a repair has been made, case damage, software that has been jail broken or altered, bent frames, or items that have been substantially damaged.
• There is NO WARRANTY on anything that requires heating the motherboard or logic to fix it.

• • Resolve IT disclaims all liability for any issues that may arise during or following the repair of any water-damaged item (including not turning back on). There are NO warranties and this ONLY ensures that we will attempt to turn on the device if a water treatment is necessary (any additional parts need to complete the repair will be an additional cost with no warranty on part). NOTE: There are also NO promises as to how long anything affected by water damage will function (each device varies; days, weeks, months, and years).

• Any lost data, information, software, or images that may occur during a repair process are not the responsibility of ResolveIT. Prior to having any repairs made, it is the customer's obligation to backup any information. The majority of repairs made by ResolveIT VOID the manufactures warranty.

• ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: In an effort to recoup the lost earnings associated with the repair, any devices left 30 days after completion of the repair with notice provided to customer will attract a storage fee of $75 JMD per day. Any repairs left for 60 days and over WILL be forfeited and become ResolveIT property.
