We do not accept exchanges or refunds unless the product you ordered and received is broken or does not match the product description provided by the seller. If you get a damaged item, please contact us by email at servicedesk@resolveit.com.jm within ten (10) days of receiving the item with information about the product, your order number, and the fault. 

If your request for a refund or replacement is accepted, your refund will be processed and, within 48 hours of the acceptance of your return package, a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original form of payment.

Within two (2) business days of receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it, conduct an inquiry, and let you know via email if the problem qualifies for a refund or a replacement. In the event that you are entitled to a new item or a refund, we will do so using your original mode of payment. 

From your account dashboard, you may check on the progress of your refunds.

Return Shipping

Any shipping and handling fees that were included in the packing slip or invoice are not included in the refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for all returns and insuring them. Any hardware loss or damage that occurs while your return shipments are being sent is your responsibility. Its not promised that we’ll get your returned item. The costs of shipping and handling are not refundable. The cost of delivery will not be included in any refunds. 

The amount of time needed to send your exchange merchandise to you varies depending on where you are. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

1. Check your bank account first if you detect a delayed return. 

2. Since it could take some time until your refund is officially posted, you are then encouraged to get in touch with your credit card provider. 

3. It is therefore suggested that you get in touch with your bank since there typically is a processing time limit before a refund is posted during such activity.
