6. Your Personal Information
7. Safeguarding your information
This policy applies to the data you supply to ResolveIT, which is safeguarded in transit by the Secure Sockets Layer network protocol (SSL). The industry standard for safe online transactions is SSL. When executing a transaction, ResolveIT encrypts the information you provide using SSL, scrambling the data to make it very difficult for anybody intercepting the information to decipher. To secure the personal and financial information of our clients, ResolveIT has a contract with a provider of online commerce transaction services. Credit card processors receive transmissions from our website through dedicated leased private channels that are encrypted. The machines that store the data are also secured physically, potentially by multiple levels of restricted access.
ResolveIT conducts all online transactions on behalf of our merchants to reduce the risk of loss and/or extra costs that might result from compromised cardholder information. Through our website, merchants cannot obtain or read any of the following information about you:
a. Credit Card number
b. Credit Card expiration date number in the magnetic stripe
c. Security Code (CVV2 number)
ResolveIT values the security of your personal information, hence we can’t accept payments made via email.
ResolveIT guards against unauthorized disclosures by granting access to the data only to the personnel required to carry out their duties.
8. Errors and Omissions
Please be aware that our website might include incomplete or outdated information as well as typographical or other mistakes. We retain the right to modify or update information at any time, without prior notice, in order to remedy any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). To the extent authorized by applicable law, we retain the right to cancel or decline any orders placed based on inaccurate price or availability information. These mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, promotions, and availability. Except as required by law, we make no commitments to update, revise, or otherwise clarify the material on our website.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
You are solely responsible for your use of our website, which is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, representations, or conditions. This includes, without limitation, all content and materials, as well as all functions and services, all of which are provided without warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information accessible from or via our website.
By using our website, violating the Terms, or posting or transmitting any materials on or through the website by you, including but not limited to any third party, you agree to defend and indemnify us, hold us and our affiliates harmless, and our and their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, and employees against any losses, liabilities, claims, expenses (including legal fees).
11. Entire Agreement
Any agreements, understandings, or arrangements that may have existed between you and us in the past, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of the Terms are superseded by the Terms and any materials expressly referred to in them. Both you and we recognize that, other from what is clearly stated in the Terms, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking, or guarantee made by the other or inferred from anything you or we have said or written in advance of these Terms.
A right or provision of the Terms will not be deemed to have been waived by us if we fail to exercise or enforce it. A waiver by us of one default does not imply a waiver of another that occurs later. Any waiver by us must be made known to you in writing in order to be valid.
Any provision of the Terms that is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part by any competent authority shall be severed from the remaining sections of the Terms, which shall otherwise be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
